Terms of Service
Please read! I will refuse a commission if you do not confirm it was read!
ProcessPlease keep revisions and changes to a minimum after approving the sketch/line art and do NOT ask for any major changes after colouring has begun. For any and every major change you do make, a 5€ fee will be charged. Please ensure you have requested for the right service when you do - i.e requesting a doodle page and asking me to redesign a character to then also draw the doodle page, if you want that - please commission the redesign first.I will NOT accept a commission without a clear reference and will not work with a description (unless it is for a custom design.)PaymentI will not start a commission until receiving the full payment. Once I do accept your commission, I will send an invoice due in 10 days - once that is paid, I will begin on your Commission. If it is not paid in those 10 days, I will have to cancel your commission.Deadlines and DeliveryDepending on my workload, a commission should take no longer than a month - but this can vary depending on the commission, i.e for a complex request it may take upwards of two months. I will attempt to provide an estimated date of completion and will let you know if a delay will occur. You may request a WIP at any time.Use
You may use my art for commercial purposes by paying an additional fee and crediting me as the artist. I reserve the right to all of my artwork and the right to post it - if you would like your artwork to be kept private, please let me know!RefundsYou may receive a full refund ONLY if I have not started your commission. If I have begun, you will receive a refund depending on the amount that has been completed. If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given whatsoever when the commission is completed.CommunicationI'm very open to communicate and do prefer long detailed conversations!
